Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
Due to the custom nature of my personalized items, I can not accept cancellations or returns. However, if you feel the item is damaged or defective, please contact me to discuss your order further. I strive for customer satisfaction, so please don't hesitate to contact me about any issues!
The customer is responsible for double checking the spelling and format of the information given on personalized orders. If a name is misspelled in the notes to seller at the time the order is placed, and your blanket is personalized with the incorrect spelling, you will not be refunded. If font style and thread color are not specified, I will choose what looks best.
Sizing details
Each listing specifies the Size and Use of the featured blanket in the item description. Please read the description and the suggested uses to clarify the size before placing your order. If you are still unsure on which size to order, feel free to message me and I will gladly give a suggestion!
Gift wrapping and packaging
If you would like to send your items as a gift, I will gladly include a note with the package! At checkout, mark "This item is a gift", then include your note in the Gift Message box. All blankets are wrapped nicely before shipping and will never include the price in the package.
Shipping and Rushed Orders
If you would like your order with rushed PRODUCTION time, you will need to message me PRIOR to placing your order. Due to the custom nature of my items, not all items will have the option of being rushed. If you get approval on your rushed deadline, you can add the RUSH MY ORDER listing to your total order. This will be an additional fee on top of your shipping fees.
The production time listed in each item description does not include shipping time. All of my items ship through the USPS via First Class Mail, and are estimated to arrive in 2-5 days. If you would like to upgrade SHIPPING, Priority shipping is available at checkout.
Once the item is shipped, I am no longer responsible for any delays.
Returns & exchanges
We are a print on demand company and therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece of fabric is custom printed with the design you select, this allows us to have a large amount of designs to offer our customers!
